Infrastructure Development:

   Construction of international standard five storied academic building, construction of state-of-the-art library building, state-of-the-art science lab, computer and information technology lab, boundary wall, development of internal roads, installation of submersible pump, installation of washroom for parents, teacher-student auditorium under construction / ongoing. Bringing the entire institution under CCTV system including all classrooms, construction of staff quarters and principal's residence, development of playground is very necessary.

Skills, Training and Policy Development:

            Sending proposals for revision of curriculum regulations and curriculum in the light of domestic and foreign needs, creation of a database containing area-based labor market information, implementation of NTVQF, bringing the institution under full automation, installation of sound system in each class room, establishment of Green Energy System in the institution to prevent air pollution. , reducing the drop out rate and increasing the passing rate, increasing the Gross-Enrollment Rate, making arrangements to adjust the Teacher Student Ratio.
